I'm a trading mentor who helps serious traders stop giving back their profits and build a process they can run on their own.

Because a real edge isn't bought from a signal group. It's built, trade by trade, on rules you trust and the discipline to follow them.

Private 1-on-1 mentorship can help you if you...

  • Keep giving back the gains you make, and can't figure out why the account never grows
  • Are done following alerts and signals, and want to read the market and make the call yourself
  • Have already tried courses and gurus that kept you busy but didn't change your results
  • Trade around a demanding job and need a process that doesn't take over your life
  • Know you have the drive, but need the system, and someone to hold you to it
  • Are motivated to do the work, and want a straight answer on what moves the needle

I can help because I've already paid the tuition.

Hi, I'm William.

I'm now the most process-obsessed trader you'll meet, but I didn't start here. My first real run, I turned $8,000 into $86,000 in a few months. In my head I was a genius. I figured I had cracked it and the money was never going to stop.

Then I gave back every penny. All 86k, down to zero.

It wasn't one bad trade. It was no risk management, way too much size, and an ego that wouldn't let me sell a loser or protect a winner. I held losers praying they'd come back. I let winners round-trip into losses. The same account that 10x'd evaporated because nothing was protecting it.

I thought I just needed to push through. Maybe you've tried this too. More screen time. More indicators. Bigger size to win it back faster. Every few weeks a new strategy, because surely the strategy was the problem.

The only thing consistent about my results? The giveback. Like clockwork, every run ended the same way: a hot streak, one oversized "sure thing," and a smaller account than I started with.

What the audit taught me: the market doesn't pay you for being right. It pays you for what happens after you're in the trade.

When I finally sat down and audited every trade I had made, the pattern was impossible to miss. My winners and my losers weren't decided by my picks. They were decided by my rules, or the absence of them.

How much I lost when I was wrong. How much I kept when I was right. Whether I honored the stop or moved it. Whether I let the runner ride or trimmed it out of fear. That's the whole game. Everything else is noise.

No more calling losses bad luck. No more "it'll come back." The giveback is exactly what a process with no rules produces, and it produces it every time.

So I rebuilt from scratch, around risk first. Losses capped before entry. Winners given room. Prep every single week without fail. A journal entry for every trade. Boring. Repetitive. And it's exactly what took me from a blown-up account to 5th place in the 2025 US Investing Championship, trading real money against the best in the world.

The trading industry sells you alerts, hype, and gurus because your dependence is the product. I aim to be the mentor I needed at the bottom of the drawdown.

They call me Artisan Will for a reason: I treat trading as a craft, and that's exactly how I'll teach it to you.

So here's a few things about me so you know who's in your corner:

The most consistent member of my trading desk is Tullah, my husky. She's been under that desk for every green day and every red one, and I don't think she's been impressed by a single trade yet. Honestly, she might be the best risk-management coach I've ever had.

And I picked up soccer about a year ago and I'm hooked. When I'm not actually playing, I'm watching my favorite player, Kylian Mbappe.

Tullah the husky

If you're done giving it back, I'll help you rebuild it. And I'll hold you to it.

The tuition cost me $86,000. Yours is a 30-minute call.
